Has successfully managed more than 60 Projects, totaling above 600,000 square meters of property in all asset classes.
UBA Partners is authorized by IGSU (Fire detection, smoke exhaust, fire protection systems – sprinklers, hydrants, thermo-protection for concrete and steel structures), ISCIR (RSVTI services, PTA1, PTC2, PTC9), AGFR (chillers execution and service including freon handling permit), ANRE (electrical installation <400V – design and execution, including PRAM measurements, gas installation – design and execution).
UBA Partners is authorized service partner and reseller for Daikin and Robert Bosch/Buderus equipment’s in Romania, and Romstal authorized partner.
